Nyeri Explorer Scouts: Meet every Monday 7.30 to 9.30

Nyeri Explorer Scout Unit is a very active group of young people with a full programme all year round. We meet on Monday evenings during school term time.

The Unit is a one of four District Explorer Scout Units in the Christchurch Scout District. We have a local agreement with 5th Christchurch (Highcliffe) Scout Group to kindly use their headquarters and equipment. The Unit consists of between 10 and 24 young people between the ages of 14 and 18 years old. The Unit has a small number of young people who take on the extra responsibility of helping to run the Unit programme. There are a number of camps during the year at which the Explorers will be expected to be relatively self-sufficient.
